- We are family. “Family is in ‘multifamily,’ so at the end of the day, we gotta take care of each other.”
- People matter. “We are in the people business. People want to feel appreciated. People want to feel like they matter.”
- Utilize technology. “Hey, technology is our friend…how can we use technology to our favor and remove some of that work burden from our team?”
