Florida Apartment Association Features Amenity Boss in Multifamily Supplier Solutions

The FAA's recent E-Newsletter highlights select suppliers offering innovative solutions to manage reopening.

As multifamily communities in Florida look for the best ways to reopen amidst COVID-19 and search for new normals, finding the right solution isn’t always easy. The Florida Apartment Association’s recent E-Newsletter highlights select suppliers offering innovative solutions to manage reopening. Amenity Boss, created by the team behind Parking Boss, was featured first.

Amenity Boss was featured because it gives managers the power to easily set up their amenities and rules and for residents to register digital amenity passes. Amenity Boss allows managers to set time and occupancy limits for each amenity and residents must register for time online. This works through any web-enabled device residents use, and they are able to securely reserve their amenity time using their name, unit number, and a unique passcode. The ability to keep amenity pass use fair for all residents is an integral part of the software. Managers can schedule blocks of time to close facilities for cleaning, keeping residents from reserving passes during those times.

While the process of reopening may be slow to take effect due to strict social distancing and cleaning regulations, managers have full control of the time and occupancy limits in each amenity. As local guidelines continue to change, managers can also continue to adjust time and pass limits.

Along with Amenity Boss, BioSweep, Parcel Pending, and TextBox were highlighted for their multifamily solutions that arose out of the shift in the nationwide lifestyle caused by the pandemic.
