Limit guest parking time by license plate/tag. For example, every guest vehicle gets 72 hours of parking per calendar month.
Limit guest parking time by unit/home. For example, every home gets 5 days of guest parking per month, and limited to two guest vehicles at a time.
Unique unit/home passcodes will keep outsiders from using guest parking. Residents can choose to share their passcode with their guests or keep it private.
Smart Meters are ultra-flexible time-based policies that can accomodate nearly any type of community guest parking rules.
Optional text and/or email notifications will be sent automatically at the time of permit creation and roughly 10 minutes before the permit expires.
Manager-level admins can override the built-in time limits by issuing “Special Permits” for employees, caregivers, special circumstances, etc.
