Who is Ty?
Ty started her journey as a leasing professional and went up the ranks to become a property manager, and continued to progress to the point of now serving as the Executive Director for the Arkansas Apartment Association.
Ty brings over 16 years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultation, training, education, and coaching in leadership, management, and other positions in the multifamily industry.
She has served on the boards of the Greater Memphis Apartment Association, Arkansas Apartment Association, and the National Apartment Association.
She is an Executive Real Estate Broker and the founder of a Non-Profit called Tidy & Ty.
The road ahead is developing her public speaking and facilitation business, Ty Jackson Enterprise LLC. She has worked on her craft to become a highly-rated NAAEI Facilitator and International speaker.
When Ty is not working, she enjoys being a mother and a wife.
