Who is Tadros “Teddy” Abdelmalek?
Teddy Abdelmalek is the National Director of Business Development for Campus Life and Style (CLS), part of the parent company Vesper Holdings, which is the 6th largest owner of student housing in the United States.
As an experienced property management and student affairs professional, Teddy holds a Master of Higher Education with an emphasis in student affairs from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has 20 years of experience in the industry of student housing, which leads him to have uniquely diverse interactions.
He is a dedicated leader with a proven track record of improving operations, fiscal performance, and turning around distressed assets.
His education and experience have enabled him to build successful relationships with university leadership and external stakeholders. By focusing on the student-life experience and his hands-on approach to real estate management, Teddy builds immense real-estate value for the student housing assets that he interacts with.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife Ciera, newborn son Fredrick, and their two dogs in Kansas City. While Teddy is a driving and traveling enthusiast, you can always count on him to grab coffee with you and talk about his recent poker tournaments.
