Who is Jessica?

Jessica Fern-Kirkland, or JFK, is the current President at PMG Property Management, LLC. She began her career as a leasing consultant and has been innovating and disrupting the multifamily industry for 15 years.

Jessica has held leadership roles across learning, development, technology, and operations in both market rate and affordable housing environments.

She finds her purpose in creating and scaling high-performing, people-first organizations that showcase diversity, embrace failure, and challenge limits through innovative thinking. She’s passionate about organizational leadership and fearless failure. Jessica is also a frequent speaker for NAA and local apartment associations.

Jessica is currently earning her degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and serves as the Chair of the Human Services Commission for the City of Covington. Jessica lives in the great Pacific Northwest with her husband and two kids and loves to mountain bike and adventure outdoors.
