Who is Eddy Perez?
Eddy Perez is a nationally recognized influencer and speaker in the multifamily industry.
He serves on the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando's Executive Committee as Secretary and is 2024's Treasurer. In 2021 he was recognized by both IREM and NAA with the honor of being a 20 in their 20s professional. Additionally, he was awarded NAA’s Emerging Leader of the year in 2022.
Eddy's innate ability to develop talent, engineer organizational systems, and effectively deploy financial strategies has led him to great success.
Throughout his professional journey, Eddy has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, development, lease-up, and repositioning of several asset classes, ranging from C to A+ class assets, including conventional, LIHTC, PSH, active-adult deals, and student deals.
Currently, Eddy is a Regional Director with RangeWater where he is responsible for the overall performance of eight assets throughout Central Florida.
During his spare time, you can find Eddy at Disney with his family or out on the Golf course shooting Bogeys.
