Who is Carmen?
Carmen is a working mother of three originally from Mississippi, but has called Orlando, Florida home for the last five years.
Her time as a leasing consultant is where she developed a love for property management. Her background includes regional portfolio management, lease-ups, and extensive due diligence for new acquisitions and asset repositioning.
She received her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association (NAA) in 2016 and is currently a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) candidate. She is passionate about learning new aspects of the multifamily industry, while also training and motivating her team to learn and advance as well.
Carmen is also a certified paralegal with an emphasis in real estate law.
