The Luminous Team is Growing!

We're excited to see the ways our team is growing and to welcome our new team members who have recently joined us.

Kelsey Dean

Kelsey is a member of our customer success team. She graduated from the University of Hawaii this spring. Kelsey keeps customers in the loop on any new product changes and regularly checks in to help with any account questions. She enjoys getting to interact directly with customers and help them out.

Jesse Lawrence

Jesse supports Nathan Northy on the HOA team. He loves people and solving problems for them. He most recently worked in an ophthalmologists office and values helping customers figure out how to best use Parking Boss and Amenity Boss.

Angela Lira

We also have an addition to the Operations team! Angela joined us last month as Assistant Operations Manager. Angela has prior production experience and she even worked together with our Production Manager, Kylee, at the Giving Keys in Los Angeles. She has been an invaluable addition to our operations team.

Monica Stillwell

Monica is the newest member of our multifamily customer success team with over 15 years of property management experience. Her knowledge of every level of management helps her understand the daily struggles our customers face. She’s excited to help take some of the stress off managers’ plates.
