Amenity Policies
- Info-only Amenities: Display general info, rules, hours (e.g. pools, fitness centers, etc)
- Priority Reservations: Amenity is first-come first-serve but reservations take priority. These are high-demand amenities that wouldn’t be difficult to “kick” someone off in the middle of use (e.g. co-working spaces, Pelotons, conference rooms, golf simulator, cabanas, etc)
- Required Reservations: Amenity is free but requires a reservation. These are high-demand amenities that would otherwise be difficult to “remove” someone during use. Often used by a single person or unit (pet spa, BBQs, service elevator, tanning booth, etc)
- Paid Reservations: requires a reservation with payment and/or damage deposit (e.g. guest suites, clubrooms, community kitchens, movie theaters, etc)
